Cake Smash for Twins

What better way to celebrate these adorable twins turning one than with a bright, colourful cake smash! There’s definitely no shortage of confetti or cake in this first birthday photo shoot.

We started off with some clean shots which is always a good idea in messy photo shoots, to capture both the kiddies on their own, as well as that special sibling bond.

Once that was done, we introduced the cakes, and all the messy fun began! It was sweet to note the cakes, identical on the outside but one made with pink sponge and the other blue. Just a nice creative detail to mark the special occasion for these twins.

The cake smash was a joy to watch and even Mum remarked how special it was to see both Frankee and Ollie attack their cakes in different ways. Even being side by side at their cake smash, we were able to truly celebrate and document each of their own little personalities and styles.

Overall, the day was full of lots of cake, lots of mess, lots of colour and most importantly, lots of fun!
