Gifts that Grow - Grandparents and Grandchildren

I recently had the pleasure of doing my second photoshoot with the Keevers family at their property in the Hawkesbury. The first one was three years ago with three grandbabies – now they have eight!

I’ve heard it said that the season of grandparents is kind of like dessert. The stress and intensity of parenting is like life’s main meal but then comes the sweet and joyous next course. With all the wonder in their eyes and the curiosity and energy at which they take on the world, grandkids are a joy and a treasure to the heart. Not to mention the added joy of watching your own kids grow into amazing parents themselves!

However, oftentimes those beloved grandkids may live further away than we’d hope. When their sweet faces are what warms your heart, it’s good to have as much of them around as possible. Wall art from family photoshoots is one way you get see your grandbabies everyday, even though they might not live close by. The connection between grandparents and grandchildren is a special one, and absolutely to be cherished. There’s something so unique and precious about the relationship and most definitely worth displaying and treasuring in your home.
