Fun in the Sun :: Family Lifestyle Photography Sydney

One of the biggest privileges of my job as a family photographer in Sydney is being invited to spend the day with a beautiful family like the Allens, and being witness to their everyday rituals, routines and all-time favourite things to do. Caitlin contacted me because she wanted to document their family life so they could look back and say "Remember when....?" Little Alexander had just turned two and was full of adventure, curiosity, and carefree fun. This was a time they knew was going to pass quickly so it was important for them to document it before another phase of family life set in.This amazing day started out at Fairy Bower in Manly, Sydney. We couldn't have asked for better weather - it was absolutely stunning!

Alexander soon found his favourite spots to look for crabs and fish. He's filled with so much curiosity he could have stayed there all day!

It was pretty much a given that someone was going to end up wet. In fact I think we were all drenched by the end!

The next thing that the Allens love to do is to enjoy breakfast at their favourite Manly cafe, The Bower Restaurant. This place has the best views and the best coffee - check it out!

We then headed back to capture some of their everyday life at home. Alexander loves to read books - just look at that cheeky grin ;)

Another thing Alexander loves to do is help Dad make his coffee. So, under the ever-watchful eye of his Dad, Alex show me how to make a coffee.

And what better way to end our time together than with a big 'ol family cuddle on the couch. Happy days! :)
